We had an amazing family holiday at this cozy paradise. the staff were very warm and helpful, especially Harry at the front desk. the swimming pool and clean rooms were perfect for cooling down from the heat. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere. the location was great, within walking distance of the busier areas, with plenty of motorbike rentals available at the hotel. Our favorite part was having our own little balcony to enjoy the lush plants and quiet ambiance.
The hotel lacked a few basic amenities such as a stove in the kitchenette.

The hotel was situated in a quiet location but still quite close to the restaurants and beach, providing us with nice and comfortable surroundings to relax. The room had a large and nice bathroom and beautiful flowers enhanced our stay. The hotel's swimming pool area was well- maintained adding more fun to our vacation.
While the staff were friendly, they lacked customer service and communication skills, not showing much interest in providing us with guidance on how to enjoy our stay. However, this did not hinder us from having a good time.

The friendly customer service rep was accommodating to our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay. the pool was definitely the best aspect of the weekend. the location was perfect for those who want to step away from the hustle and bustle of the main area, but still have easy access to everything.
The kitchen equipment was not well stocked, which made it difficult for us to make coffee or anything else. the noise levels were also a bit of a problem, as we could sometimes hear noises from nearby rooms.
